Our team…

Tēnā koutou and welcome to our team page!

We are Mighty Minis FC - A football programme for the littlest of feet.

We are so happy to be bringing our classes to the beautiful Bay of Plenty.

Kieran

Hi, I’m Kieran

Football has always been a passion of mine and is the driving force behind the idea of Mighty Minis. I want to bring my enthusiasm and love of the sport to toddlers and to see them fall in love with the game and most of all have fun.

I have coached a range of teams and levels over the years. One of the things I love about coaching players of all ages and levels is the challenge of tailoring my coaching approach to meet the unique needs and abilities of each player. Whether it's introducing basic skills to a group of beginners or helping more advanced players refine their techniques, I enjoy adapting my coaching style to suit the players I'm working with.

No matter the age or level of the players I'm working with, I always try to create a positive and supportive environment that encourages growth and development. My goal is not just to improve their football skills, but also to help them develop important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and perseverance. But most of all have fun!

Jade

Kia ora, I’m Jade, a registered primary teacher with 8+ years under my belt. I have previously taught in London, UK and Auckland, NZ and am now relief teaching in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.

One of my strengths is my ability to connect with young people, building strong relationships with them and creating a safe and supportive environment in which they can learn and grow. My understanding of child development and learning processes enables me to tailor my coaching approach to the individual needs and abilities of each child, helping them to make progress and achieve their goals.

My commitment to safety is also evident, as I hold a current first aid certificate. This gives parents and caregivers peace of mind, knowing that their children are in safe hands when they are working with me.

I am excited to get these classes started to help build a community for mums, bubs and their families. All while providing an excellent service where each child is involved and developing at their own pace.
